Buddy Points entitlement ?

I have recently won a Dutch auction. I received a Buddy Point award for my successful and completed transaction, but, I only was awarded for the singular payment for which i made one purchase. When I won the auction, I won all three of the available items. Why don't i get the percentage of the entire purchase ?
