Alaska wow what an adventure of a life time

Husband and I only!!! Fun,Fun Fun, We did it all alone. no kids, no cruise, just a travel agent planed it . From Stewart boat ride saw 60 pod of hummed back whale ,sea otters puffins. it was a great day! to Anchorage shopped, ate got wet rained , Talkeetna, walked on glaciers. white water rafted ate, on to Fairbanks wear we got a private ride to a hot springs for three days and just relaxed, that was wonderful, they had horses, dog sleds, ice sculptures tours. food. elks, moose, trails for hiking, pools and the hot springs. The went to Fairbanks for one day and caught the Alaska Olympics ,how fun was that traditional dance. they also have a free trolley to drive you around town from place to place. the food is great. the best thing of all was we where on the train .The Gold star with all glass on top. travel in first class all meals included with dessert and 2 cocktail. Lots of souvenirs. Everyone should go it was breathtaking and a very memorable trip. I would have never thought how easy it would be to get around with the travel agents directions. livinglife201549

Planning on doing the Alaska cruise from Vancouver when hubby retires in 2 1/2 years time. Maybe we'll get to see some Orcas and whales this time !
