Americanisation of Categories
There seems to be an imbalance of Postcard Subject categories with a certain bias toward 'American' subjects like Cowboy and Roadside America (with endless sub categories) ... err, why? - is there such a big demand for these?
In the Culture & Ethnicities (which should be just plain Ethnic in my opinion) there are subheadings for Asian, Black Americana, Native Americana and Other... where are all the other ethic groups?
The subject categories need a big revamp in my opinion...
Re: Americanisation of Categories
Oh dear! The new categories don't seem to be an improvement but we are told that they are done by an expert!

I despair! - is that progress, I wonder...
Re: Americanisation of Categories
Frankly, it would be nice if some of the categories that already exist had some listings in them.

A very good point too!

Americanisation is in the Toys and Hobbies section too....

So we have railroads now and not railways. LOL!
Maybe the categories were re-organised by an American ?

Not on this side of the pond. It's spelled Armor over here.
Re: Americanisation of Categories
This is probably far too sensible a suggestion to be adopted, however I will put it forward anyway.
Where there are different spellings, both options should be in the pick-list but linked through to the same information.
