Can you tell me how to specify the countries to which the sale?

Hi all! I would be grateful for tips and advice.
I am a novice salesman and geographically I am in Europe.
Therefore, the system offers me to open in EURO, the same with delivery.
But I would like to sell in US only, put prices in $ and set shipping for US only.
However, although I choose in the upper right corner of the USA after navigating through the pages, the system returns me to the EURO.
How can I fix this?

the country you live in you use that ebid site, to sell in USD primarily you'd need to live in the USA but if you make your items available to USA buyers its will be set in USD. like me I live in australia so I sell worldwide, each ebid site my items are listed on are each countries currency
