Cant upload photos from android phone

Hi there
i cant seem to upload any photos from my android phone. I'm pretty sure i used to be able to do it. Has something changed in the app? When i press on the device button nothing happens, when i press on the camera button, nothing happens. Help please

Iam on my laptop trying to list but there seems to be an issue uploading pictures for me today, They seem to upload but then there aren't any there. hopefully it will be sorted soon
