Now that eBay has decided to disallow used naappies on their site, please could we have a special category for them here. It could become the best place to both buy and sell these items now!

Hi thenappyline
This has come up over the last couple of weeks. You might want to go back and check in this to find out what the outcome was.
It will be in this section on New Cats...
I can not remember what is was, so can not help you..sorry!
Can you explain the term "used nappies" a little.
We have to be careful not to attract soemthing that might be taken advantage of at a later date. eBay obviously have had problems.
Gazza
I agree with Anichka54.
I agree too. let them be listed!!!! please.:D
Says linda who uses them for towels for her dolls, cause they are little and white and won't stain their pretty faces.:) U got a buyer here waiting
I'm still not getting the used nappy thing, can someone explain why anyone would want a used nappy, am I missing something?
G.
Gazza, its because proper nappies are so expensive, they are good quality terry and mums boil them up so they are very clean and also sterilize them and pass them on to other mums. This is better that using disposable ones.
I think it's an environmental thing. rather than fill up land sites with disposable nappies. some people prefer the old fashioned material type. which once your youngster gets passed nappy stage, can be passed on to another new mum.
I have a problem with the term 'used' nappies. I think 'second hand' nappies sounds a bit better.
