Hi blowfishseven welcome to eBid, OK to help you get started add a signature link to your posts so us nosey lot have an easy link to your items whilst reading the forums, read this thread http://helpdesk.ebid.net/showthread.php?t=100959 then fill in some info on Your About Me Page so people know about you as a seller. Have a look at mine so you can see the sort of thing you can do. Perhaps buy a few things to kickstart your feedback over here, always looks better than a zero, ( I have some nice cheap prints ) have a look at my listings to see how I dealt with the zero feedback problem when I started.

Then email all YOUR (not Greedbay's they are a venue, they keep telling us) customers, and tell them where you are, give them a link to your listings. Grab the records while you can and from paypal records as well. That should keep you busy for a bit, and shout if you need a hand. Additional body parts incur a small fee Oh and finally read the forums there is a lot of useful information on here.

Good day folks! Some questions for ya. I have been looking at this site for some time now. I am interested in selling but when I look around the site, I don't see many bids and the items that I see bids on seem to have only 1 or 2 bids. There are some exceptions to this. I look at E*^Y (I know, dirty word here) and I see major bidding. Do any of you sellers sell much and do you feel you are getting the exposure you need? I see as well that auctions on here are from all over the world. What do you sellers think of that? Is there any way for the buyers to filter out countries that they don't want to buy from? The costs to do biz here is super but if your not selling anything what's the use. Is there any advertising done by EBID anywhere to attract buyers and sellers? This looks like an excellent online auction house with great fees but!? Can any one give me advice, direction, information etc. I would appreciate it. Happy selling!

Hallo to another Canadian (but I am not one of them) The reason you don't see many bids is that people use the BIN much much more. As to traffic I suppose E..y is still at the top, but more and more people find ebid. I am what some call a hobby seller, so there is no urgency in my making money (it is always welcome, though) So if you want to do this as a business I wouldn't solely be a seller here

Hello fellow Canadian. Yes it's true this site is slower than feebay but growing fast. Probally a wise idea to get established here as well. You can't beat the fees, or lack of! There is more people in the world everyday and more computers sold, hence more people on the internet. Online buying and selling is only growing in popularity.
