    Sheesh, I could spend all my time just going thru all these new ones, and never catch up.

    One more factoid, which many of you probably already know is that eb*d appears to be linked to ebay. So I didn't register there.

    Anyone know of any connection between Ebid and greedbay?, other than some of greedbays sellers are now moving to Ebid.

    I think it is this problem where ebid don't own the .com domain. If you search www.ebid.com it is some sort of directory website which appears to link to feebay auctions. Naturally, a lot of people try .com first, which is a problem.

    Just be aware you have to subscribe to EBids +seller fees to be able to pay your seller fees by Paypal.
    Its not all as the hype suggests.
    There also seems to be a lot less active buyers and higher BIN prices - something to do with the fees structure I assume.

    Everything on ebid.com seems to be a sponsored link / ad of some sort.

    Wonder who actually owns the site???

    It would probably be a shrewd investment if ebid.net were on there........all the other auction sites are on it

    Not only registered now on eb*d but bidding on some glass and watching more. Nice site and they are having a half off sale, too, till Mar 3 get lifetime listings for 49.99. Such a deal!

    Thanks for the replies. Hope you dont mind but I have posted your info to the greedbay site to explain to posters there that greedbay do not own or partly own Ebid.

    Note 1st paragragh above, the poster on the greedbay.com thread as now joined here, left a plug for Ebid on the greedbay thread.

    Ebid not having the .com domain could be part of the reason some of those boycott sellers are not coming here.

    Part of the boycott is that sellers moving onto other sites do not deal with any site that as an greedbay connection e.g owned or partly owned by greedbay..

    I'm pretty sure last time I checked they had the domain until 2014
    it now shows
