    I'm in Pennsylvania, USA. Sales are kinda slow but I have only been here about a month and a half. People here are ALOT nicer than on Feebay. You ask a question on there and you may be shot if you ask the wrong one, LOL! Everyone over there is absolutely miserable. That is why I left. It's ashame too, some people rely on the extra money from selling and they (feebay) just keep raising everything and adding ridiculous rules. It has been known for years they just want the BIG sellers and reduce the little guy.

    I hope they win their lawsuit!
    I hope so too. Providing it has a good judge at the helm and no stupid out of court cop-outs, I see no reason why eBay cannot be forced to change their system to a fairer one, but who would be the best judge of what is a fair system for all sellers is another matter.

    I hope ebay win their case, so that sellers keep coming here !

    (they probably will win, the case is too complex for a judge to understand)

    Has anyone noticed this year the Christmas sales coming in email from ebay?
    Just about the same as Amazon and looks like just about the same format.....

    I just went to the Ebay feedback forum, more and more people are very angry over there and are saying they are leaving. I wish there was some way to tell them about eBid, every time I post about eBid the post gets pulled, I wonder why. I am still emailing buyers and sellers I have used.

    @SherMari

    I know what you mean on the ebay forums, the other alt sites get mentioned a lot, ebid hardly gets a mention. So I try to redress the balance.

    I send them a pm,

    Good idea on the pm, I never know if anyone gets to read my posts before they are pulled. I'll try that next.
