on the other greedby site i had 10% of my sales going to hypermobility sydrome(willie2530) (i have put an advert if you wish to call that)in there web site as my wife goes on there.for support.and now she is going to set a support network for fife.with a friend so i have been ordered by my wife to get selling so it will help to get ink etc for making posters.so any help would be very grateful xx

    For questions 1 & 2...
CSV and export can go hand and hand. A CSV file is a "comma separated value" (or the "V" may stand for "Vector") which would be just a plain old text file you can open in any text editor (Notepad, etc..) but ideally you would import/export CSV files to and from a spreadsheet application (Excel, OpenOffice Calc, etc..) or even a database (MySQL, SQLServer, etc...)
Question 3 I do not fully understand but you may want to take a look at "Bulk Edit" which should be available at "My eBid"->"My Bulk Edit"

Welcome aboard! And just in case you are looking for help with listing - you can set defaults from your My eBid page (see right hand side) for all the information that you want to include in every listing.

You might want to change at least some of your listings from Run till sold to 7, 8, or so days. That way they can appear in the closing auctions list and won't always be at the bottom of a search
