turkey leftovers?

ok you might think I'm a bit premature here
but I prefer being called well planned

what do u do with ur leftover turkey?

day 1 roast turkey dinner

day 2 cold turkey buffet

day 3 turkey stew

day 4 turkey pie

anybody got any other ideas? So then I can get the ingredients early to try them out over the hols

It's become a tradition in our house, that on boxing day, we have home made chips and cold turkey. It's really nice after eating so much rich stuff the day before!

turkey in white wine sauce..or turkey marinade in BBQ sauce..or garlic and lemongrass and ginger...yum..

another one is to slice some turkey...place on a slice of cooked ham...place a slice of applewood cheese on it...and warm in the oven..
