Help I don't know how long my items offline

I hope someone can help. I wondered why I haven't had anyone even looking the last week or so at my stores.

I was just adding items and was putting in a new category and when I went to my stores it says OFFLINE. How did that happen? I have clicked ONLINE and nothing happens. What did I do wrong and I clicked online as soon as I had some items. I am a newbie and have only been doing ebid since Oct. 28th I believe. I wondered why I hadn't had any hits.

It is frustrating because I look at my auctions and all my items are there in MY EBID. How can I tell if they are running or not? I hope someone can help as I can't even get my store to show online and I have done it several times.

Dont panic. Read the sellers has your store gone of line thread xx

You need to go into MyControl Panel select your store change the lozenge to show online and then click on the button in that section to change it.

There has been a glitch causing all stores to default to off line.
Gazza is now looking into it.
But you can go and set your store back on line, just don't forget to click on "update section 2" for it to stay on line.

Thanks everyone! Boy do I have egg on my face!! I clicked online. I couldn't find how to update until clockmad said to update in section 2. I think I have been offline for quite awhile and didn't even notice. Live and learn from mistakes. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!! I really appreciate the help and can't believe how fast I received the reply's
