I'm following Stephen Fry amongst others - very entertaining

You use it as much or as little as you want. You can also use RSS feeds to twitter, so I now have feeds from my Postcrossing.com & Facebook pages, + each time I update any of my lenses on Squidoo.com, it gets announced on twitter and Facebook!

I've made the policy decision not to do facebook or myspace, too little time, too little trust, but I'm always willing to take a look at new options. I'll have to have a paddle, thanks.

I have begun to use it. Need more practice...more information about how to use it properly...have been hearing about Twitter Groups lately.

With respect to facebook, I understand what you mean by trust, but if you spend time on the security side of things, then all should be ok.
