I am Celebrating

I have been given the go-ahead by the doctor to have a shower.

Not exciting for you maybe but I have had dressings on my leg for 4 months so have been unable to get it wet

As it is so much better I now have waterproof ones on so I am going to stand in the shower for an hour

I have been washing in case anyone was wondering

I know how you must feel on that one - there is nothing nicer than standing under a spray of water at the right temperature - being literally plastered in bubbles from the body wash - and then turning your back to the shower and having it just run down the nape of your neck, and down your back.

You enjoy it and make the most of it.
