Yes that is eBay that is doing that since Kijiji is owned by eBay. Looks like good grounds for another law suit against eBay

Yes I caught another one on google last month, actually was a website with ebid shopping as the name, and had all feebay listings in it. I reported it.
A company owns its name. Lots of sleezy stuff going on with rivals using tags with other company's names to direct to their sites, etc. A local lawfirm, upon threat of lawsuit, dropped the practice even though it is legal. Very embarrassing to have that make the newspapers (and the website crashed as a million people scrambled to see if they could get redirected etc).
ebid should be flattered (and call their US lawyer). Often just takes a letter to get the practice stopped. feebay has been legally slapped before for pushing the envelop.

It's not quite as simple as that. Even if eBid had registered the name and logo as a trademark (and there is no indication that they have) that does not automatically give them exclusive rights to it. A read here may enlighten: http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/co...ctual_property
