eBid - Successful Sale via Auction emails not being received

The past three sales i've made on ebid almost past me by as there was no eBid - Successful Sale via Auction email sent ( i've double checked my spam folders). Can this be rectified asap as it's caused me to be late issuing invoices

examples include
Taylor tots series K 316 postally used postcard (38690837) which was sold on Saturday
Dreamskate (Sweet Dreams) [P] Francine Pascal (37206588) sold on Sunday
Holland. Volendam postcard book (38294694) Sold yesterday

Make sure your options page still has ticks by the emails you want to receive........maybe there was a glitch there for some reason.

That was the first thing i checked before posting. I still haven't received the missing 'sail via auction' emails.

Still no sign of the missing sold notifications. I wonder if the problem is strangly titled "eBid - Too Many Emails Summary". I 'want' to receive every email i've requested as i have them go directly into a folder in my gmail account. If i want to double check the situation with a particular book i do a search on gmail and can find out the last date it reposted, or the date it sold. I cant see how to opt out of the 'summary' and go back to getting the individual emails. If theer's no update on this thread by tonight i wil open two tickets with helpdesk- one to get the missing 'sold' emails, and one to stop the unwanted 'summaries'

Further three sales today ( buy it nows) which i only know about because the person sent me an invoice request for a combined invoice
