Everyone can choose which payment methods they wish to use - there isn't anything compulsory about it. One of the joys of eBid - nobody on our shoulders. Basic minimum rules & that's it. Auction heaven.

Thank you for your nice post. I have just bought my first item on ebid and was looking for help to buy another as the site is different from ebay. Another poster was a tad sarcastic at my lack of knowledge which nearly put me off but your nice post means I will give it another go.

Some people take only paypal, some take google, some pppay, some stamps, cash, money orders........but I have yet to see anyone requesting First Born as payment.......................

Your choice - personally I wouldnt even consider purchasing from anyone that doesnt accept it.

No payment method here is compulsory you are allowed to choose from the following payment providers:

PayPal
PPpay
Google
Nochex
Moneybookers AKA Skrill
Cheques/checks
Postal Orders/Money Orders
Cash
BACS/EFT Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Cards
Chocolates
E-Top ups
Jelly Babies

You may however not accept the following:
Money Gram
Western Union
Biscuits
