Has any tried using Pinterest to generate Ebid sales?

I have once again been thinking about reviving my selling activity on Ebid, and have been trying to think of ways to get more traffic and sales. I came accross a video about a website called Pinterest. I had never heard of this website before, but found this video interesting as the person who made it is using it to promote her online shop. http://youtu.be/1mCNApL_H_8 Has anyone on here tried this method? If so, has it helped your sales?
