    Default User no longer active?

    Noticed a User no longer active. See 'Contact details below' Notice next to a buyers name this morning. The buyer had already and has 4 figure feedback so its very unlikely they are inactive. I've posted their order anyway. Anyone else seen this message recently?

    Yes...I have. Contacted seller anyway, heard back, and bought from them.........again. I've seen other sellers away from the post for a long time, and haven't see it. Good idea, I believe, if eBid is giving a head's up to the public about activity.

    Agree with HM, as long as contact is made on both sides things may be OK, if no contact I'd avoid buying/selling whether or not there's a strikethrough/inactivity. I'm not sure what the new policy is for inactivity, though if a member is inactive for a time I believe eBid deactivates the account.     This was a buyer not a seller. and they were clearly active the day before because they bid then paid for my item. There's no logical reason for them to be shown as 'no longer active'

    I have the same message in the sold section for a customer who has bought from me several times up to last week. I have sent 2 packages that should have reached him in the last few days and am awaiting feedback. There is no strike-through his username so I have emailed him to let him know that the message exists. He has moved address in the last month so I'm wondering if this is an eBid re-verification process????? I won't bother support unless he doesn't get back to me.

    I've had the same thing happen today.

    A new buyer to eBid registered today, bought and paid for the item from me (all within 7 minutes), but shows as User no longer active. See 'Contact details below the same as Hanna.

    I will be posting the item as they have paid. I have also contacted support to find out why.
