closed auctions

The closed auctions seem to be "stuck".

I sold an item several hours ago and it's still in the "received bids" section.

I noticed this earlier and raised a support ticket on it a couple of hours ago.

None of my closed auctions have re-listed since 11:40 this morning.

POPULAR AUCTIONS on the left side of the forum has been stuck most or all of the day.

Another member on a different thread was asking about this as well. I told the member to contact support. Any word back from support?

I wonder if they're doing updates/maintenance?

I had the standard acknowledgement reply from support at 15:30 but nothing since.

Hopefully you'll get a human reply soon; in my experience support is pretty good about getting back to members.

There does seem to be a big stall in several areas of the site. No doubt da bozy are working furiously to fix it!!

I have a feeling that all closed auctions since about 11.30 - 11.45 this morning are stuck, regardless of whether they were sold or not.

the new member newbie on the front page UK is stuck too since 11.15 am

I hope they find the cause of this problem soon and that it will be an easy fix for the boys.

I have around 70 listings that have ended and are waiting to be re-posted with another 160 ending in the next 24 hours.
