To be uploaded items must have a BIN price in order to satisfy Google. In addition eBid has been experimenting with things and were only listing items that were priced £1 or over to see if they could reduce costs without affecting sales. I do not know if they have completed their investigation or whether this is ongoing at that price or another price.

The above links states nothing about Ebid now turning off the Google uploads for some sellers.
You can follow all the requirements stated in the link, have good keywords etc still not have your items uploaded to Google.
Just got the same email as the OP. time to move on elsewhere to sell? pity really.

Ive just looked for one of my items on google shopping and its there but ive no idea if my stores are exempt, is it important for sellers to be on google shopping? Is google search not the same/as good as?
