I am watching my weight all the time, but that doesn't stop me.

my son had his weight done last wk and he is 9 1/2 stone oh my god
hes more or the same as me but his only 11 years

It is difficult. Mine had a similar problem. He is now 35 and by no means slim. but he is active and works hard(he is a builder) so a bit of his size is now muscle. Try to encourage him to be active, not just tv and computer. And nagging will get you no where
