Welcome to all the new members.

Rita, it's nice to see someone from my home state. Hope you're enjoying the November weather!

Don't be afraid to ask questions. My sequence is 1) Try the Help section 2) Do a search on the forums 3) Ask for help on the forums.

One of these three has taken care of me all except two or three times. 4) Last resort, contact support. Almost never have to do that (and they've got enough to do).

People here are really great, friendly, want to help. We're all doing our best to promote this site, and it's growing very fast.
