I'm just so happy to have found this site. I had a miserable experience/existence with ebay. GREEDY company, to say the very least. I hope this site's success supercedes ebay's.

I found ebid on a auction search. I have used ebay and have done quite a number of transactions with them over the past couple of years and am very pleased.
I have run into some unusual glitches with ebid and feel after one week that I need to hold back until these situation resolve one way or another. I've made my way around looking for answers on ebid. It seems a bit of a maze. Revamp.. hum...
There seems to be a good network of users down under but like I said a maze to find.
The buyers ask "Why aren't the sellers sending invoices?" In addition I ask, why is there, in some cases, no area after a win to pay? Why when in one case a pay (forget the invoice) went to a totally wrong person's account, yet described the item I was intending to purchase? I have had to notify the pay source.
I have left messages to the seller and there has been no response. I don't believe the seller is getting my question-for-seller. There is no green button over invoice or response to question. I think the button system may be off.
Any suggestions?

Some sellers do not bother to send invoices, leaving it up to the buyer to either request one or just pay. As regard no payment buttons afte winning, lower levels of membership do not have integrated payment. I can't see how paying for an item went to the wrong persons account, you should perhaps raise a support ticket for that as the guys need to know about it if that has happened.
