The link works OK, just read your About Me, long, comprehensive and doesn't come across as very friendly, you may like to consider a revision

Many thanks Ken. Yes, this is the short version. I think that the small print is never anyone's fave, but hopefully, my customers will be pleased with my products, prices and great service.
Best wishes...

I agree with Ken on the length, a lot of your potential buyers will give up reading before they get half way down {see comments in other threads regarding people not reading T & C's}
Do you have web space available where you could place all your T & C details, and put a link to it on your About Me page, and just have details of the business on that page.
Just a thought.

hi all, will love to deal with lovely people out there
Welcome,iansharma
I bet it's nice and warm in India. Do fill in your about me page ( we are a nosey lot) and when/if you have something to sell put a link to your auctions here
Hi & Welcome
You have some nice items.
But I'm not meaning to be nasty, but your about me page is way too long, and has way too many terms & conditions. If i read it all, by the time i got to the bottom (which would be a very slim chance), i would be so put off buying from you.
In one part you say:
A shipment will be termed a "Non-Delivery" if it has not reached its destination after a period of six weeks, from the despatch date and the result of a Post Office package search is an admission of loss.
Buyers should bear this time frame in mind, should they be contacting Giftable about an overdue / late delivery. These time frames and regulations are not those of Giftable, but of Royal Mail and we have to abide by them, until Royal Mail have completed its investigation into such an eventuality. Having said this, Giftable will endeavour to resolve any issues, which you bring to our attention as early as possible.
But Royal mail deem an item lost after 15 working days (i think), and then you can put in your lost item claim (not 6 weeks).
If ever anything i have sold gets lost, yes i make them wait a while, but never more than 15 days (as royal mail states), in fact if i made them wait more than 2 weeks to give them their money back, i would feel bad. It isn't the buyers responsibility if the parcel goes missing, it's yours, and the buyer shouldn't have to wait 6 weeks for a refund.
Anyway as i said at the start i don't mean to cause offence.
Good luck
Jane
