I doubt we'll hear a confirmed version of this. With the mood in America it could spark race riots if it was proved to be true. But what if it is? Could such actions ever be justified?
Who knows? Could be true. I'm sure I heard a report on BBC saying that there were reports of explosions on the water front, but then nothing reported to follow it up.....
Plenty to keep the conspiracy theorists going for years, just like 9/11 and the Pentagon "explosion"....
And why not?
Just look at how long it's taken for officials to get off their heineys.
There are, of course, conspiracy theories about 9/11 - but then it won't be the first time America has abused its citizens for the 'greater good' - an excuse to wage war.
Look at Vietnam. WTF was all that about? Waste of human life.
What about Pearl harbour? Officials knew about the planned attack yet stood idly by while it happened - just another excuse to go to war.
