I had problems like this when I first joined. The 1970 date is a default setting; are you sure you used the correct log-in details?

My advice woudl be to try again, and if you have the same problem send a message to: support@ebid.tv , they wil be able to help you. You should receive a message from them confirming they received your message, with a reply coming from them later.
