Thread: Using Thumbnail Image

  1. #1

    Default Using Thumbnail Image

Hi, I have a gold lifetime membership and have listed some auctions. However for some reason I'm unable to select the thumbnail/gallery option on auction upgrades. All it allows is a £1.00 auction or free auction. Any ideas?

    Hi,
have you added your photo in the add image box at the top of the listing form, if you haven't the gallery auction is greyed out.

Also I suggest you go into My eBid - My Defaults, & choose the gallery option there, you can also set up the countries available to, an any other regulary used options, if you want to at the same time.

If you set an auction up without ticking the gallery button, then want to edit it to become a gallery aucyion.. at the momnent you can't! What you can do is close the auction. then select it from your closed items and relist it- this time ticking the gallery box. Hope that helps
