why they called blue then cos i just got one here on my plate and its green and psychadelic lol
its chomped on my left over bbq chicken leg and now preening itself on the side of the plate pmsl

actually bluebottles are blue.. but depending on how the sun hits them they can see more green... but no definitely blue in the right light lol
