Can't use custom start when editing auctions?

Hi

Can anyone advise?

I have recently upgraded to Seller +, and I was hoping to use the custom start feature.

It seems that the only way to do this is to duplicate the auction and then choose the custom auction facility. It is greyed out when I try to use it in the edit facility in my current auction.

I hope I have explained this well enough for you to understand!

The start time of an auction can be chosen only when starting an auction.
