My sales have improved too. January's not finished yet and already I'm only 22 sales and £88.67 down on my December totals and that's with taking 25% off everything this month, too.

Don't know how much is down to SL, but I have had some buyers that are new to eBid and every little helps. Maybe SL could be added to the options on the 'where did you hear about eBid?' part of the sign-up form.

It would be Nice for G and M to Put up a chart about Where you heard about Ebid? So We have some idea whats Working and whats not!

I have requested a Post from Management that thye put something up to this affect!

Hi All,
I could not get a good camp spot so I took a trip....
As tomorrow (26th) is Austraila Day and I am not with my family in QL.I took an SL trip to the Sidney Opera House and did the Harbour Bridge walk,alot less scary than when I did it in RL.

On a serious Note I have been on Sl for about 3 weeks now and there are 7-8 of us who are fairly regular on there. I have to say (and even I am guilty of this!) WE are missing a promotion oppotunity. Whilst the store is being worked on We should ALL be wearing EBID T shirts to advertise the site. Not ALL the time But just when you wandering around on your own or camping. Other people will see the Tshirt! And I thought that was the whole idea of being on SL (Apart from a bit of fun!) If theres a sepcial event fair enough Get dressed in something different but really we should be advertising the site in any way we can.

Sorry guys if this seems negative but sometimes the obvious sometimes needs to be pointed out.

And I bet the next time you see me in Sl Ill be NOT wearing the T shirt! And then you can ALL tell me off LOL

Can ou imagine the exposure we will get for the site with 7-8 of us In diferent locations!

Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for that. Not a dun deal yet (LOL), but we have all looked at an awful lot of pieces of land so far. We've got our collective eye, on a couple of pieces. We need to establish 'traffic' and check the covenants (which tells you what the land may be used for) completey. The 'traffic' has got to be a balance, between getting nice and close to a teleport hub, so we get lots of visitors, but not close enough to cause lag. Lag will only slow things down, and put people off visiting. We intend to put on events, contests, dances etc. to draw residents in anyway, so I personally, don't feel that being in a more reomte area will be a problem, if we intend to go down that route. (We are also finding out about all the scams, that go with land sales, and believe me, there are lots). We are looking on theland as an investment, so it has to be right before we buy.

We're all continuing to work hard, and save L$, and all being well, we should be able to secure the right land in the very near future. Then the building will begin, which will be a very exciting phase!

LATEST NEWS. ZARIN Won the Speed dating Contest and Laurence WON too And has said its for the fund. I took a picture of Zarin and DI but it did not come out grrrrrrrrrrr Lucky I just got ther at the end of the contest!
