Hi Peggy and Simon,
Sorry,I had to rush back into RL last night.Some idiots decided it was a great idea to tip my domestic and recycling rubbish all over my garden.
I stayed inside I promise.
Then when I realised I had left SL on.My lap top had frozen and I tried to log off and crash but the laptop would not switch off.I had to unplug it and let the battery drain.It was very hot,I wondered if it had over heated.
I did not want you to think I had "gone and done a Lottie"
Good SL day bad RL day.!!!!
That aside I want to get onto SL later and finish transfering an inventory item if i can.

YOU MADE MY DAY -- I love chocolate kisses and they are even better with a Chatterbox behind them. I love the pic and give her a big hug for me.

We did have a great SL day and though there were some questionable moments all ended fine. Sorry about your RL problems they are not so easy to fix but the SL things are just waiting for you to finish and no harm done there.

I am so excited about the way things are moving now and a great thanks to you and Simon for a big part in making it possible.

Hi everyone!

I am extremely pleased to inform you all, that after lots of searching, and looking at hundreds of plots of land for 'Project Second-Life', last night we purchased 3 adjacent land parcels!

This allows us to commence building the Mall that we have been working for, which in due course, will enable eBidders to advertise in SL, and promote their auction listings.

I would like to thank everyone who reads this thread, for their continued support, and most of all my thanks go to (in no particular order) Lottie, Cepas and to Zarin, without whom this project would not be where it is now. You have each played a very important role in making it happen!

We will keep all who are interested, updated with developments via this thread. Things should begin to move significantly faster now.

You would not believe just how hard it has been to locate the 'right' land. Had to be the right size, the right price, right area with the right sort of things near us. A decent, regular shape and flat too, and no restricions with how we want to use it. Had to find a Land Owner who was polite enough to answer any questions we had. All sorts of things too tedious to go into really, but it made it all so much more rewarding, now we have found it. An 'in-world' friend of ours, who is very experienced in SL, came and checked it all out before the deal went though, and was very impressed that we had found such lovely plots! He told us that they were excellent, and that other than the Land Owner that we bought them off, they'd come directly from Linden Labs, and were on a new, fast server!

LOL! Now off to do some more!

Hi everyone,
This is such exciting news isnt it.I have been smiling and giggling about it for three days now.
I am so looking forward to the build.
We have all worked so hard for this.It has been very long hours since December.However it has been made easier with having such hard working like minded friends to work along side.Hugs and thanks to Wendy,Peggy and Simon for making this work.I am so proud of you all.
The land is perfect for the project it really is.A good district,a good mix of residential and commercial properties for traffic.
Thankyou Ken you have always supported us and what we are doing and i very much appreciate it.We all do.
I will do real life then get onto the land asap.
