Problems with WYSIWYG editor?

I'm still having problems with this and customer service haven't been any help.

I'm on IE6, I'm happy with IE6, I've always been able to upload with no problems.

After being on here on Sunday I emailed support, they said they'd pass my query onto technical support. Nothing up to yesterday so I emailed again on another ticket number.
Got a response from support saying they'd passed my problem on to tech support (are they all on their hols?) but would I like to download Firefox or IE8. No thanks, says I, especially since the original problems with this seemed to eminate from IE8 and Firefox isn't compatible with a couple of other sites they use.
No, says they, IE8 is fine ....???

Well that was yesterday I still haven't heard anything from tech support and I can't list anything.
It doesn't work in either wysiwyg but appears to load the description box for HTML which I can't use.

Any suggestions cos this is getting worse than the dark side.

Has anybody got any idea how long technical support are taking to respond these days ... they've had my ticket for 3 days now.

I can't use description either - sorry just started another thread. I've got loads to list and time off today to do it - is there any help out there!

Nope, I've emailed support again this morning and to date got no response and this has been going on since Sunday.

I'll go search out the other thread.
