    I was not reporting a bug. If/when I need to mark as refunded and it's not shown then I will give relevant auction ID's.

    Just read through this thread and it was like deja vu multiplied! I've been requesting a 'mark as unpaid' option for about 6 years now and I fully understand CMjewells original frustration. Where i've made multiple sales to the same buyer over a few days and my 'confused' buyer has paid for the first item individually I've refunded and had to send big explainatory emails telling the buyer to ignore any 'dispute'. As i sell low value items the incentive to combine postage is based on sending everything together with only one set of paypal fees deducted. If I were to let the buyer pay each sale individually before i had a change to issue a combined invoice, the only winner would be paypal- and frankly they take far too much of our money as it is!
