PayPal payment issue

I have 1 UK customer complaining that he is repeatedly trying to pay and even 'phoning me. says the Ebid Paypal button isnt working on his email. And another in the USA whose card it wont accept. I can send a seperate PayPal button on an email for the UK customer but the USA customer has no other way to pay me. - How can i cancel the transaction as he is asking?

I do know how to send a separate invoice through Paypal and how to pay through Paypal with an e mail addy without an invoice and even how to cancel a Paypal transaction but not how to cancel an eBid transaction, sorry.

Am bumping this up so others will see and advise.
