Unable to edit item title which needs correcting

I have never had a problem with this before, and in fact I have been able to add to the end of this title but not to correct the spelling or insert a missing word.
Why it came up like this in the first place i have no clue as I am careful to check before posting the auction. There are no bids on the auction, so why won't it let me insert the missing word but has allowed me to put 2 new words at the end of the title? Auction number is 59905199

Have you been able to add to it? I just wonder if you have reached the limit of available letters in the title. Just counted them you have 30 left, so that can't be the reason. You could try closing the auction, then edit and repost. Otherwise get in touch with support

Maybe there are some hidden or special characters that you can’t see in the title. Try deleting the title and typing it back in.

Probably a daft question but... You do have your keyboard set to Insert rather than Overtype, don't you?
