    Problem located and fixed. A few emails will have gone out showing an incorrect amount. The correct will be available to you when you login.

    Yup - same here. Invoice for double the amount but when I went to My eBid, proper amount was stated.

    I'm hoping it's just another glitch but we seem to be back to OUTSTANDING invoices again. How the hell can it be "outstanding" when it has just popped into your mailbox? DUE - yes! OUTSTANDING - NO!!!!!!

    Hi I too today have recieved an invoice for £11.94 and in my ebid it shows an outstanding invoice for £5.94 but I haven't used or been billed for Ebid since 2009 why has this just come about today? Ive tried to email help!
    this accoutn was supposed to be closed in 2009 Thank god the card I had registered was out of date quite a while a go so no money has been taken.

    Any one update me on whats going on has Ebid been hacked??

    Seems funny after all these years and considering I stopped using in 2009 why its suddenly invoiced me?? and its still showing invoiced in my account for this month of £5.97?

    I had a job being able to log back in long since forgotten passwords and ids!! :O nightmare all I need today with a load of other hassle is trying to sort this out!

    I have been charged for a featured auction again - for an item on sale at 35cents ( Why on earth would I pay for that to be a featured auction???) I suggest everyone checks their bill... Off to write to support.
