when i list a item and people have looked at my stuff it does not matter how many times my stuff is viewed it ends up at 0 its just i like to see how much intrest is in them items and they get viewed say 12 15 times then it says 0 whats going on ?

The view counter is notoriously inaccurate, not sure why, but it is. If you want a more accurate count, there are free counters you can download and put on pages to get a more accurate picture of traffic to your listings.

How do you know they are are viewed 12 to 15 times if the counter says 0 ?

After what period is the counter resetting?
If it is after your auctions repost it is because you have selected that option when you started your auction.
If it is random then you may want to ask Support about it.
