My Buddy point Link doesn't work

I have contacted Support Team to tell them that my new Buddy Point Link doesn't link!
If it is copied and pasted into a browser search it does go straight to eBid registration page. It also works when highlighted and right click "Go To....."
I put my link into a new email signature and noticed it didn't have a line under it.
I thought this was to stop me boosting my own buddy Points but my friends and family also found the link was un-clickable.
I will write an update on this in case any one else out there has the same problem.

There's nothing wrong with the link.
It's just your email program that doesn't recognise it and automatically turn it from straight text into a clickable link - probably because of the lack of a www at the front end.
Try checking the HELP pages of your software to find out how to manually add links.

Yes! It was my email settings that prevented it showing as a clickable link! OH grief! I feel sooooooooooo Numptyfied.......

A huge thank you though to the Support team. They returned with an answer in hours and it is so good to have that personal touch.......
