Some people have sold thousands.
Some people have sold nothing!

Hi again another dumb question, I have 2 account (thank you support for letting me have 2) 1 personal and 1 business, I was advised to blackball each account from the other. to avoid shifty or something selling.

would it be possible to have a banner across the top of the sellers page " YOU HAVE BLACKBALLEDE VTHIS SELLER" or words to that affect.

and if I try to buy something from my other account would it give me a warning. I was going to see what happen out of curiosity but thought better of it in case the blackballing didn't work

I think this is a way to keep you from phishing/bidding on your own listings. I'm sure you wouldn't, but it does happen and auction sites frown on this type of business. I know you can't bid on your items that are listed when you are signed in under the seller's name.
