Can't login to my account

Every time I try and log in it ask me for upload two forms of identification or post a code on my ebay page to transfer my feedback over. I have posted the code but my feedback here is still zero and I can't login into my account.
Waste of £50?????

Did you return to the feedback import page and give eBid the URL to the page containing the code?

As i recall it is checked and set up by a human being not a bot, so can take several hours. (I'm assuming you expected it through in seconds).

I am guessing that your high priced item has triggered the eBid watchdog thingamebob requiring more information about you. Newbies have to go through this type of verification when they try to sell an expensive item for the first time. Once you verify yourself by giving eBid what they want, then you will get the all clear and any future high priced item will not be questioned. This eBid security measure is in place to safeguard all members on this site. I hope you understand and appreciate the measures.

We have checked and we have had no notification that you have entered the unique code. We think you have probably added but have not informed us.

Can you add
Via your My eBid > My Feedback > and in the box enter the 'URL of page where you have placed our unique code and is currently visible' section so we are notified and it can be actioned. Thanks

It seems there is a problem with Chrome, when you enter the information it goes into a kind of loop, which is a pain as this site and google seem to go together so well. Using IE it comes up with a message asking to show all content which works.

My apologies to astral276, just the frustrations of trying to get a new venture off the ground.
