why do my stores keep reverting to offline?

Hello,

I have 2 stores with items listed, and when I log in to check on them they are both offline. I check them every day or so. They stay online for a while but when I check the next day they are offline again. I know that if they are empty for 12 hours they would be automatically placed offline, but they have listings in them.

I haven't sold a thing since I started months ago, and I think this may have been part of the reason.

It appears that none of your 6 items have been actually placed in either of your stores. You will need to edit them in Section One of the listing form & place them in a store ~ otherwise stores will go offline automatically as you know.

As of.....NOW... You have two online store showing and six listings. None of those six listings are in a store. You need to edit your listings to move them into the stores.

Thank you for the help, I was using the ebid app for mobile, it did not have the option to add to the store.

I have fixed all my listings and all should be ok now. Thanks again
