OK guys'ngals here's my Grand niece munchkin Brody, in her back yard, who has discovered that Bottlebrush flowers are Kool to play with!
Here's my latest orchid in bloom, & one that I've featured before.
This is Cattleya imtermedia - a species native to central & southern Brazil, Uruguay & Argentina.
Flowers are 5 - 6" diameter & have no scent ATM, but could develop later, as it's said to be fragrant. Enjoy!

I don't plant anything in my garden . I just scatter random seeds and wait to see what turned up

I buy packs of seeds from a seller here. I scatter them in September then wait to see what comes up
The dandelions and daisies appear all by themselves....lol
More random flowers appeared today
Managed to get a lot done today
12 plug in ground cover plants turned up yesterday and I planted 4 out today about 8am
I also cleared several square metres of the bed area so I can rotivate it when I plant the other plugs.
Then I went on-line and bought a big bag of multi use compost to fill 2 wooden tubs and to throw over the beds to break down the soil
I also bought a new hand trowel because I can't find mine and scattered lots of poppy seeds I bought from here
The ground cover should look like this when it flowers and spreads
