"Remove all my currently imported eBay listings before starting import?"

I used "Import Listings from eBay" for the first time yesterday and wanted to do some more today.

When I clicked on "Import Listings from eBay", a window opened that had a checkbox labeled "Remove all my currently imported eBay listings before starting import?"

What does that mean? It could be interpreted that checking the box means the system would remove the listings I imported yesterday. I am sure it does not, but it is not intuitively obvious exactly what it means.

Can I assume that the data I imported yesterday is what would get removed and not the listings? Thanks in advance.

I guess nobody knows the answer. I'll have to try it and see what happens.
