Thread: An Extremely Good Cause

  1. #1

    Default An Extremely Good Cause

    A lovely lady called Ruth, who lives in Cornwall, has rescued a horse and is slowly nursing him back to health. A brief outline of this story can be found here;

    http://hometown.aol.co.uk/denovo1402...e/aboutme.html

    There is also a thread "Suitable for Vegetarians" on the Family, Home and Gardens forum in "the other place" which gives more detail.

    I know that at least one of you is doing something to support this cause (thank you, mimi!). Any other help would be most welcome.

    Thank you.
    Stuart.

    Thank you, 5b5.

    Were you able to look at the thread on FHG? There are loads of lovely pictures of the lad on there, and a running commentary about his progress.

    Sadly, I can't bid on mimi's excellent CD on here (under "gothic" in CDs) because I'm only a Silver.

    I have bid on the one "over there", though!

    I just saw where it was under CDs on your link over there, mimi, and thought it a bit strange given the content!

    Am I above bronze as a silver? I suppose I am, now I come to think about it! Doh!

    If I bid here and win, do you still want payment made out to Donna? I have a link between my Bank account and her's (I make a small monthly contribution to De Novo's care and can pay direct, if necessary)?

    Once again, huge thanks for doing this for him.

    PML is bronze higher than silver what you like
    If you win this on here the money is going to Donna for De Novo so yes you could pay it directly if you wanted to,
