    Default HELP - Charged for Free Lifetime Gold Membership

    Any suggestions please?

    I have been charged for ebid FREE Gold Lifetime Membership. I upgraded from Gold weekly to the Free lifetime membership last week when ebid had their promotion, only to find I have been charged £44.99 from my debit card.

    I have emailed ebid twice but haven't had a reply.

    Has this happened to anyone else and how did you get it resolved?

    The promotion was open on Friday and for that day only, so if you upgraded on any other day you will have been charged full price. I dont think it was Free either I'm sure there was a small charge even on Friday.

    There was definitely a message on ebid homepage last week stating gold lifetime membership was free on that particular day.

    I definitely did not authorise the £44.99
