Thanks all - had my interview at 10am today, my first interview for a job ever (I was lucky enough to know the right people at the right time to get the job I am currently in!). The interview went fine, was more nervous than I thought I'd be. Don't think I'll be offered the job though, not sure that the skills I've got from my years of techying would be of as much use in the new role (which was an IT Continuity Management Analyst - basically restoration of systems follow catastrophic failure). Still, I'll find out by the end of the week. Got two more interviews for other internal jobs next week (IS Security Analyst next Monday and then Vulnerability DBA Analyst next Wednesday) before what I think is the biggie - an external job doing 1st and 2nd Line Support Team Leadering (if such a word exists)....

Hi Stu,

Not been around for a while, been busy with a new job myself, but good luck, interviews can be nerve racking things, just remember that it's a two way street, they also have to convince you that you want to work for them!
