Ebid - what if you pay for goods and don't receive them

I have recently bid for goods and haven't received them. The user is a Silver Ebidder but with a 0 rating (in fact -1 now I've given a negative rating). I have contacted uder several times, and the start of last week he said they would be posted during that week. Well nothing has arrived. Bearing in mind that I paid for the goods using PayPal on 10th April, am I being unreasonable to expect delivery by now? I've offered the user a chance just to refund my money, but still noting

What do Ebid suggest in this instance. Its not a huge sum of money (£18.00), but its still being ripped off. As the user is a silver bidder, Ebid must hold records for him as his Credit Card has been verified.

Contact eBid and ask for the seller s telephone number. If you have no joy i would contact Paypal to claim your money back - but you must do this prior to the 30th day so hurry !!

The same with me , Paypal said they would try to recover it from the sellers account ,

The seller had no money in the Paypal account so they said tough nothing they would do about it ?

is this correct or are they being lazy was only £61 but thats still £61 of my money

:shock: sureley paypal should suspend is account untill he credits the money back

If Paypal won't do anyhing, contact your credit card company and dispute the payment with them, they'll then take it up with Paypal and the non-performing seller.
