Some interesting points here, a few months ago on Froogle it seemed most items on eBid with BIN options were there.
Since the site revamp here and Google base taking the place of Froogle I have not seen any eBid items there. It would be a great help to understand more about these things and any information anyone can share on this subject would be brilliant.

we have to submit our ebid listings ourselves right now. and google base will help to expose your sales and prompt ebid at the same time.
G&M should encourage all sellers to use google base, provide some instructions will be pretty much necessary.

sorry for the delay.
start from export all your listings, you will get a .txt file, edit it, turn it into the format Google base required (you can get instruction on Google when you sign in google base.).
then give this file whatever a name, now you are ready to submit it to Google base.
sign in Google base, choose bulk upload, they will guide you through.

I've been looking at google base
I think you have to be careful to make sure you've joined up in the UK, otherwise they want your prices to be in dollars.

& there is a sample excel sheet to download.
It SHOULD be as simple as downloading your

"Auctions I'm Running" & using that.
