Having a problem opening the bulk upload spreadsheet.

I am using Windows Vista, anyone know if the file is compatible??

Vista should be able to cope with text files and excel? Could you tell us exactly what you are doing ( step by step) and where the problem occurs? You may wish to send a similar message to ebid support support@ebid.tv

Thanks HannaHolly, basically I downloaded the Bulk upload spreadsheet using the link on the site, however when it tried to open it said "error with file", do you wish to continue, I said "Yes", another error occurred and it didnt open the document. I use windows vista and thought that may be the problem - especially as there are macros etc contained in the spreadsheet.

I think I will email support. Thanks anyway, Helen

You will need Microsfot Excel (part of the Microsft Office suite) or Open Office Calc to open the spreadsheet. The latter is open source and hence is free. Links to Open Office are on the bulk upload page.
